This is a ONE-TIME fee as an add-on to your Full Coaching service.
Please note that this is an advanced approach to take your nutrition to the next level and teach you how to properly fuel yourself for your goal. Each meal plan is made bespoke to you, your goals and your dietary preferences, which you will insert in your questionnaire before we start.
The meal plan will be 2 days and will be sent through Whatsapp when I make all your plans, and it’s divided between training day and rest day. If you require a lot more flexibility and freedom, you can go ahead with the included approach of kcals/macros.
N.B. Please do not buy if you are vegan or if you have specific dietary requirements.
